  • Access: You may use mentaevent.com to explore our services, book events, or contact us. You must not use our site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Booking and Services

  • Booking Process: To book an event (e.g., Beach Wedding, Yoga Retreat), complete the Booking form with accurate details (e.g., event type, date, guest count). We will contact you to confirm availability and finalize details.
  • Payments: Upon booking confirmation, a deposit (typically 30% of the total cost) is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Payment terms will be detailed in your contract.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or modify events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues), in which case we will offer alternatives or refunds.
  • Event Execution: We will coordinate with local Lesvos vendors (e.g., florists, caterers) to ensure a mint-fresh, stress-free event. However, we are not liable for vendor delays or failures beyond our control.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information in the Booking and Contact forms (e.g., name, email, event details). We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during your event on Lesvos (e.g., venue permits, noise restrictions).
  • Guest Conduct: You are responsible for the behavior of your guests during the event. Any damages caused by guests will be your responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to deliver flawless, mint-fresh events, but we are not liable for:
    • Losses or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
    • Third-party vendor failures (e.g., caterer delays, equipment issues).
    • Indirect damages (e.g., loss of profits, emotional distress).
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your event.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on mentaevent.com, including images of Lesvos weddings, blog posts, and portfolio, is the property of MENTA Event Planner or our partners. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
